The IEEE Code of Ethics can be found on the class website, along with an article on Amr Mohsen. Based on these two articles, did Amr Mohsen uphold the IEEE Ethics code? Be specific, but in a short answer (say 1-2 paragraphs). Note that the article is from 2004. In 2006 he was convicted of 17 of the 18 counts, but acquitted of the attempted murder.
