a)All atoms are continuously moving all the time, and when heat is added or you can say temperature is raised, the atoms vibrate faster and creates spaces between them.
b)Yes, the air pressure in tire can be different after driving for 50 miles, but it is not due to driving, it's due to the surrounding temperature. It's important to memorize that air expands on heat and contract when temperature decline.
c)Yes a snowflake is a mineral, because it complete all the basic requirements for being a mineral, that is it is homogeneous, naturally occurring, have definite chemical composition and is solid.
d) Minerals are the basic units of building blocks of rock. For a mineral it is important to have definite chemical composition, should be natural occuring, inorganic in nature and should be in solid form.
