secondly, note down the the peak that is in your result then from the GC-MC LIBRARY you will get the experimental data , INPUT the value of retention time to GC-MC computer it will give you the perfect or possible match for the given retention time ..but note down the closest to your match will be the compound which will be in GC-MC library data.
but choose the highest, SI numbered data because your GC-MC library data will show many possible match result but go for highest SI value data and that compound is your result.
THIS THE WAY YOU CAN IDENTIFY WHICH COMPOUND in your sample and also distinguish it.
