1.Due to d-d transition in the transition element ,electrons move from eg to t2g level and hence there is absorbtion and release of energy and corresponding colour is observed.
2. Those are lewis bases or which can donate electron ,these are strong field ligands. The CO is strong field ligand and the F is also donor but due to high electronegativity it is weak field ligand.
3. the standard electrode potential for reqiured reaction is

obisously the Fe is the most stable .
