Question
v What do we mean by Spontaneous Symmetry breaking? Try to give an analogy with other things in life that experience symmetry breaking; for example freezing a certain amount of water and the change of phase it experiences in going from water to ice, consider what happens to the symmetry of space in the x-y-z plane. What are the properties of the 4 fundamental forces of nature and what is the role of each in the existence of life? Which one is the most important in your opinion for life and the universe to exist? Which one split from the mother force first? What are the events that took place after the Big Bang explosion? Which particles formed first? What important event happened about 10 minutes after the big bang? Why were more particles than anti-particles created; this is a very important question in Cosmology? What important event happened about 300,000 years after the big bang; it's called Recombination, explain it in your own words and why is it important to us. What's the importance of the Inflationary Model of the Big Bang and how does it differ from the Standard Model of the Big Bang and who first theorized about the inflationary model? What experimental evidence do we have of the Big Bang?
Explanation / Answer
Spontaneous symmatry breaking can be defined as it is the symmatry breaking process by virtue of which a physical system in a symmatrical state goes to ed up in the asymmatrical state. it can be applicable to where the system is describing the thinks like equation of motions and then it transform from one motion type to the another motion type.
Yes we can take the case of the state change of water. it when in liquid have the turbulance motion in betweent the particles but as it change it state to gas it is in stationary ,measn that no much variation in state of motion of the particles and thus symmatry but in the gasoues state the randomeness increases and motion also break to asymmatry/ thus it a breaking of the spontaneous. it is spontaneous becasue of self changing process.
the 4 fundamental forces of the nature are as follows-
1) gravitational forces
2) electromagnetic forces
3) weak nuclear forces
4) strong nuclear forces.
