A. I chose tropical rain forest biome for question 1 in self check test 112. Tropical rain forest helps to support the climate of the Earth by absorbing carbon dioxide and it reduces the effects of the global climatic change. It is also home to about half of the species of plants and wildlife on the planet. Massive deforestation and over exploitation has caused the damage to the tropical rain forest. Expanding desert is not good for the survival of the wild life and various plants even the climate of the Earth could be affected leading to the habitat, biodiversity loss and changes in the weather.

B. http://kids.mongabay.com 30/05/18 provides information about how the tropical rain forest support the Earth's climate, it provides home to many plants and animals and maintains the water cycle.

Rainfall of tropical rain forest is about 100-400 inches per year. It is very important to turn carbon dioxide into the clean aur which helps us to fight pollution, by absorbing carbon dioxide the tropical rainforest also helps in reducing the effect of greenhouse effect. Tropical rain forest is the world's most biologically diverse ecosystem.
