The difference between mean and median of both distributions are very higher. So the distribution of rainfall in both cases are skewed. For skewed distributions, median should be used for center and IQR should be used for spread.

All the measures are higher for seeding clouds including the spread. It denotes that there would be no consistency in the rainfall from seeding clouds.
