Question
Interpret and tell a story based on the following SPSS outputs on the relationship between age and how well does the program serves the need of an industry. Do not just talk upon what the data is stating, instead, talk about a story by weaving insights you gained from the data. Tell the audience how they should interpret data.
ANOVA How well do you think this program would serve the needs of the industry? Squares Mean Square .512 950 df Sig. 746 Between Groups Within Groups Total 2.562 70.326 72.887 .539 74 79Explanation / Answer
The key results from the ANOVA table and mean plot are summarized as follow,
1. The P-value = 0.746 > ? = 0.05 : The differences between the means are not statistically significant at 5% significance level. From the result we can state that there is no statistically difference between the opinion of different age groups on question how well does the program serves the need of an industry. All the age groups have approximately same opinion about the research question.
2. However the mean plot for mean score shows lowest mean for age group 55-64 but it doesnt mean that it is statistically significant. For that we have already check the significance of the mean differences in above point.
