(c) Have you ever had to contact technical support or billing services? Did you contact them by telephone or E-mail? Was your problem answered promptly and solved to your satisfaction?
(d) Have you had any billing problems? How much effort did it take to resolve them?
(e) With what aspects of your ISP are you most satisfied? Least satisfied?
[2] Compare the results. Determine where ISP users seem to have the most problems and where they have the best experiences.
[3] Summarize whether these users are satisfied with their ISPs overall or would prefer to change to another ISP.
[4] Write a paragraph analyzing which ISP seems to give the best customer service and satisfaction based on your small survey.

User 1 User 2 User 3 Internet Service Providers(ISP) used AT & T CenturyLink Verizon (a) How satisfied are you with the speed of your connection? The speed is very high and I am really very satisfied with the connection. I am able to stream HD videos online without buffering. The speed is good. Sometimes the speed is low, but it happens very less no of times. But other than that, it woks fine for me. The speed is very high and I am able to stream anything online. I always talk to my son via facetime and I never get any connection issue even in that and I also watch so many movies online which stream without buffering. (b) Was the connection easy to set up? Yes, the connection was very easy. The steps were very simple for even a common person. Yes, the setup was easy and a person fom the company came to set up the connection. Yes the connection was easy to set. (c) Have you ever had to contact technical support or billing services? Did you contact them by telephone or E-mail? Was your problem answered promptly and solved to your satisfaction? No, there was never a problem untill now. Yes, once my bill was overcharged. Bout then I called their costumer care and they solved the problem. No, there has never been any problem with the billing. I once contacted the technical support via email as internet was not working but they replied to my email within 12 hours and the problem was solved within that day. (d) Have you had any billing problems? How much effort did it take to resolve them? No, there was never a problem untill now. Yes, once my bill was overcharged. Bout then I called their costumer care and they solved the problem. So, not much effort was made to resolve the issue. No, there has never been any problem with the billing. (e) With what aspects of your ISP are you most satisfied? Least satisfied? The speed is the best thing about my ISP. It is the best among all the other ISP I have used. The costumer care service is very good and the packs the company provide are very reasonable and consumer friendly. The packs are not that costly and very economical.Related Questions
