Explanation / Answer

From the first map it is seen that most of the of the African countries are suffering from water scarcity. Whiloe in the second map it is also seen that the maximum fragile state index figures is shown by the african countries also such as Cuba, sudan, somalia etc. Thus interpreting both the maps we can compare the water scarcity and economist fragile state indexs'datas coincides whose imapcts seems to decrease in a radial pattern outwards from the central part of the African continent across which the equator passes through.

Due to climate change it may result in increase in temperaure of the atmosphere and due to thsi water bodies will start drying up and as result this areas will not be suitable for as a habitat of living beings.
