The purpose of creating code of conduct is to channelise a proper structure which is expected to be followed by every entity of an organization. It directs everyone in an organization as to what to be done and what not to be done.

Global code of conduct is employed in companies organising business in global level.It includes common code of conduct along with global strategies and behaviour.Code of conduct mainly talks about ethics, values and principles and the intention to conducting the business in certain ways.The major code of conduct includes the following aspects

1.Following the mission and vision of the organization should be the primary code of conduct for all in an organization.

2.Sincerity ,dedication and integrity are core values of the code of conduct.

3.The focus on the code of conduct should be based on the relationship among the management, employees, customers and stake holders.

4.In global code of conduct misbehaviour on an individual's part and avoiding certain behaviour should be a primary concern.

5.Any kind of abuse should be avoided.

6.fraudulent and related activities should never be tried at any cost.

7.Prohibition of alcohol and drug related materials should be strictly avoided.

8.Other code of conduct includes health and safety aspects and policies related to the well being of the employees.

Gift giving or receiving will encourage an indirect form of bribery.It is a form that will encourage others to say that they will accept things or do anything for others.So never encourage giving or receiving gifts.

Nepotism is a system In which favouring relatives to be employed is done.This is also a negative process followed by people in power.Real talented people are not selected in a genuine process instead the people in power favour their relatives.This will definitely not show a path of growth to an organization. Nepotism should be avoided at any cost.
