Explanation / Answer

For matr,A colum 1 *(-2) add to tocolum 2 (so time colum 1 with -2 and add this to colum 2 . Colum 1won't change) For B row 1 won't change Time row 1 with (-1) and add to row2. So 1*(-1)+1=0, (-1)*0+(-2)=-2, (-1)*3+1=-2 I am not quite sure whatt you are asking on the last step, transform c intowhat (it looks like 13 but i can tell ,youwont the detter. to be 13 i don't know. but clear that out andi help you again.
