Question
1. In movies based on H. G. Wells novella War of the Worlds alien invaders ultimately die from infections caused by microbes of Earth. On the other hand, when the Apollo astronauts (well, Apollo 11, 12, and 14) returned from the moon they were placed into quarantine for 21 days in the Lunar Receiving Laboratory out of concern for the introduction of “alien pathogens” and to ensure that lunar samples weren’t contaminated by earth-borne microbes. So, the question I have for you is: who is at greatest risk from microbial pathogens, aliens landing on Earth, or Earth-life visited by aliens (and by aliens, I mean organisms of extra-terrestrial origin)?
Explanation / Answer
as we know the climatic environment which support and enhance microbes is present in Earth and it is rare to find the same environment anywhere else, so there can be some other microbes which lives in other physical conditions, i this case we are adapted to some of the microbes due to our aquired immunity system but we are unaware of microbes from alien and it will affect us if such things come to earth, from the aspects of microbes in earth, it has a surplus kind of microbes present in it,since the climatic and environmental support is greater on earth, so most probably alience are at greatest risk from microbial pathogens.
