As per the prosecuting attorney, AI is a legitimate crime. Also stated above that they may technologicaly very advanced then us. And they may wage a war against earth for earth's resources and leave earth as barren land unsporting any kind of lifeforms. Therefore AI is crime on earth
As per the defence attorney, AI intelligence could be used for a country defence if there is deal between human and AI , we treat them as our people and they help us in technology
