Explanation / Answer

I always believed that people are different and that they have their own beliefs, way of doing things, celebrations, food, God etc. So, in that view I respect the fact that people hail from diverse backgrounds that needs to be respected. It would be wrong to discuss one's personal things in the workplace because it's got no connection whatsoever with the job that the person does. I always maintain task based relationship at workplace and not people based, so I don't show any bias to people because they are different in the society.
