How many kids can have the treat and how many lemonades and Jolly Ranchers does each child get?Explanation / Answer
(1.)
HCF(32,88)=maximum no. of kids who can be treated.
32=2*2*2*2*2
88=2*2*2*11
HCF(32,88)=commom multiples=2*2*2=8
so, maximum of 8 kids can be treated .
each kid will get 4 lemonade and 11 Ranchers.
(2.)
time when they will meet at ground again=L.C.M.(12,15)=60
(3.)
HCF(32,80)=maximum no. of kids who can be treated.
32=2*2*2*2*2
80=2*2*2*2*5
HCF(32,88)=commom multiples=2*2*2*2=16
