Had less farms but the ones they had was very large
Cities had exceptional growth and industrial development had begun
Large increase in people and housing

Forest areas had decreased to a whopping 90%
Groundwater levels has been decreasing by 90%
The level of salt water intrusion into the underground water has increased a whole lot
Farm amounts remained the same but size decreased a little bit
The industrial development in the cities slightly increased
Housing sector has also been developing over a period of time
Part II:
To find out if current human development does not change, will groundwater sustainability be affected by using an on-line laboratory chatroom? At CTU 0n-line they have many on-line labs where we can learn all about scientific experiments.
Ground water is a critical component of the nation’s water resources. 25% of the earth’s total fresh water supply is stored as ground water, while less than 1% is stored in other water resources; such as: lakes, ponds, rivers and soil moisture. The other 74% of the fresh water supply is locked away in polar ice and also glaciers. (Alley 1999a)
If current human development does not change, I do believe that the groundwater sustainability will be affected by the actions of humans and they activities like; not disposing waste properly, agriculture threats, urbanization threats, oil leaks in the oceans and other natural contamination, as well as, surface threats in the water.
I decided to use the following scientific methods to carry out this experiment:
Our groundwater has faced and will continue to face a decrease in the water levels because of human activities. Agricultural activities also will pose a great fear on water sustainability in our future.
If we don’t change the way we waste water and if human development activities don’t change we can run out of water. The results I found were what I excepting, because of all the oil spills, droughts, water boil alerts, and Low River and sea levels.
