as the function is continous at this point and left hand limit & right hand limits are same =4

h(0) is equal to the value of the function =1 as indicated by the dot

but the limiting value at x=0 it does not exist bcoz function is discontinuous at this point and left hand limit & right hand limits are not same

h(2)=2

as the function is continous at this point and left hand limit & right hand limits are same =2

h(5) from left side does not exist bcoz the function is fluctuating at this point nearby

hence limiting value does not exist at this point
