It is true that in this digital age of computer, the behavior of the users has changed with the use of internet. Now the flow of information is very fast. This phenomenon has brought tremendous change in the way of advertising and promotion of the product and services. Now the advertising and promotions are very easy and less costly through social media companies like company website, Facebook, Twitter, You Tube etc. The cost of reaching to the customers is reduced through the use of social media and internet advertising and marketing. But the disclosure of how the company is binding with the law and regulation and respecting the privacy of its users is also a major concern of these days. Taking the information of the users and using it for various advertising, promotion and selling the information to third party are the major source of the income for these internet based companies and creating ethical dilemma.  

While advertising through TV is relatively costly advertisement but in comparison of internet, the reach of TV advertisement is wider as TV advertisement is generally focused on broader area. It reaches a large section of audience and the population rely them as the main source of information and the basis on which they form their opinions. The multi-sensory impact of TV advertisement has a profound impact on the entire society. They are a significant force in modern culture as they extensively cover the issues concerns whole population. Therefore they are still most powerful medium of communication even in this digital age.
