Should clear on my goal:

As a project manager, i should clear on my goal eveluate the positive and negative on that goal, try to minimize or avoid the negative aspects of the goal it will make success for this project.

Ready to accept the opportunities if changes:

If this project, extended its opportunities as a manager I should allows that extended because client and higher authorities ask to for the changes but Once I accept these challenges would like to re-evaluate the project such as budget, deadline etc for implementing extended the project.

Developed the skills for the projects:

As a project manager, I need proper skills and knowledge regarding on this project if not, spoken with higher authorities for undergone related training for that. Timely action, maintaining appropriate labor for the project it will decrease the project completion days.     Insufficient labour make delay of the project or Excess labor create the excess of the budget

Focus to fix the appropriate risk:

As a project manger I have ready to calculate the appropriate risk for this project. On which part of the project more critical should be analysed; focus to face the risk.

Communication:

Communication is the biggest tool for project manager, this project involves with russia supplier so I should overcome in this language as well as Russia workers and work culture.

Proper planning in resource allocation:

Pre planning for allocating the resources, this will helpful to estimate the extra resource requirement of the project. It will avoid the last time husty action.

Complete the project within deadline:

As a project manager should develop the ability to complete the project within deadline it gives more project for the project because it create confidence to the client andd higher authorities.
