Cost of Capital = 14%

Present Value of Cash Inflow = Annual Cashflow * PVIFA ( 14% , 5 )

= 350000 * 3.4331

Cost of mining EQuipment = $ 900000

Installation Charges   = $165000

NPV = PV of cash inflow - Cash Outflow

= 1201585 - 1065000
