Ans-a this can be used to observe as the test crossed result will reveal about the spread of the target genes in the next generation. The genes will be spread in diffrent manner in different individual of same generation and the set of genes can be identified in those individual.

Ans-B this can be done by comparing the sequenced DNA of both the species. The DNA of both species should be sequenced and aligned and then should be compared by using various tools recommended for comparison.

Ans- c a mutation will cause this change from light to dark by enhancing the production of pigment which is responsible for the colour effect. This mutation will simply enhance the pigment production and will convert from light to dark.

Ans-D another method for determining this is by using carbon dating . In this the content of radioisotope of carbon are calculated by using various instrumental methods.
