1. For 10x objective it is 0.4mm/10= 0.04mm or 40um

50x objective it is 0.4mm/50= 0.008mm or 8um

40x objective it is 0.4mm/40= 0.01mm or 10um

1000x objective it is 0.4/1000= 0.0004mm or 0.4um.

2. For 1000x objective it is 0.6/1000=0.0006mm or 0.6um.

3. At 40x objective it is 0.008/40=0.0002mm or 0.2um
