4. Boy should take oral drug for 10-14 days so that it kill the bacteria from his body.

5. Antibiotics, such as penicillin and derivatives of it can be used. Amoxicillin can be used because these bacteria are gram positive bacteria and penicillin is effective against those bacteria.
