1.Would your company use e-business activities with the partners for ordering or selling parts or services.
In today world e-commerce business are growing rapidly because it is very convenient for the customer to buy the product in one click in order to see this growing industry i would like to use e business activity with the partner.
Advantages of E-business:
1.Low operating expenses. As the company would not require any shop and office in order to sell the product so the operating expenses would be low.
2.Low start up cost: As the company required low start up cost for setting up the business of e commerce as the company would require only the website portal and internet connectivity in order to start its venture.
3.E-business makes it easier, faster and cheaper for businesses to communicate with their suppliers and their customers.
II. Would you use a web hosting service or your own company hardware and software.
In order to set up a startup business i would suggest to make use hosting services in order to reduce the cost on initial time however when the company starts to growing in the future i would like to introduce own company hardware and software to store the database of the customer which helps us to grow the company in the near future.
III. Would your company design the website or outsource the development?
I would suggest that in the initial stage company may outsource the development of the website in order to reduce the start up cost and as when as the company will grow i would suggest to the company for design the website by own developers.
