Coelomate animals differ from pseudocoelomate because coelomates have a body cavity completely lined by mesodermal tissue, while pseudocoelomates do not.
Coelomates have true coelom i.e. their body cavity is entirely covered with peritoneum which is derived from the mesoderm and thus body cavity of coelomate is inside the mesoderm. This further permits organs to be attached to each other and suspended in an organized way while retaining the free movement within the cavity. Examples include Chordate, Arthropoda, Annelida, Mollusca etc.
Pseudocoelomate has a fluid-filled body cavity as well but here a pseudocoel(false cavity) is found unlike the true coelom of coelomate. The reason behind this is that the cavity is not lined by peritoneum originated from the mesoderm and their body cavity is between endoderm and mesoderm. In such cases, organs are not well organized. Examples include Nematoda, Rotifer etc.
