As we know that Six Sigma tools & techniques helps for improving the process so that maximum efficiency can be attained and all types of defects can be minimized. Thus we can say that by using Six Sigma, management can improve its’ work process and can easily minimized various types of deviations.

No doubt, statistics are difficult to learn and apply. Six Sigma tools and techniques are developed in modern time for helping management for process improvement but these techniques are not much easy to learn and apply. These statistics require very logical and scientific understanding from the process managers. In adopting and applying old time management tools & techniques employees do not require much logical & critical way of work but Six Sigma tools require such logical & critical way of work that is why it normally looks difficult in learnining and in applying.

It is true that Six Sigma tools & techniques are difficult but it does not mean that these tools & techniques can not be learned and can not be apply. So service organizations can teach their line level employees effectively so that they can apply those tools & techniques. As we know that six sigma tools require critical way of thought and resonable way of application. So service organization should try to improve the understanding level of line employees so that they can be able to adopt these tools & techniques.

More focus should be on the overall devlopment of the line employees because without overall development of the line employees, service organization can not adopt such six sigma tools & techniques.

Apart from this, regular practice & implementation of these six sigma tools & techniques helps in proper learning and future impelmentation of these tools & techniques. So line employees must be given practical work knowledge for smooth learning and for smooth implementation of these statistics.

No doubt some problem will be there like; normally we see that in adopting new practices line employees may resist but as they realize the importance of these tools then they will be ready to adopt. Apart from this learning and apply of these statistics may need some more time hence it may lead to some more costs in the starting phase but after some time these statistics will help in improving overall process and also minimized future wastes & costs.
