At strategic planning level all the decisions having long term implications and which of high risk and uncertainity are taken.Generally, top level management took strategic planning decisions. These decisions are of long term implication i.e for 5 years or more. These type of decisions took lot of external environment data for analysis and scanning. These type of decisions impact whole of the organisation and directly impact the acheivement of the major goals of the organisation.

3. the frequency of decision taken in operation control level is :-

The decisions taken at operational control level are taken by the lower level management. These type of decisions are the routine decisions of the organisation.
These decisions are covers shorter time frame. These type of decisions or planning is made for maximum 1 year of duration. And these type of decisions are of operational level and require very less external data or analysis.

4. The 3 level of business internet model :-

a. The first level of business internet model is the information level.
At this level, there is a simple website where all basic information about the company, its product and policies are listed.

b. The second level of business internet model is the transaction level. At this level. company is doing business by accepting orders by the customers and place them with the suppliers through the website. This is the level through which company is performing its all business transactions.
