Explanation / Answer

Answer:--

Bearer instrument is an instrument that does not designate a specific payee.

Both of these instruments are bearer instruments. If a drawer signs a check printed, pay to the order of followed by a blank in which the drawer does not write anything, the check is a bearer instrument. A check printed, pay to the order of all and on which the drawer inserts in the blank.

Carl or bearer and signs, is also a bearer instrument. The check that Adam gave to Beth was negotiated. All that is necessary for negotiation of a bearer instrument is its delivery
