2. sexual reproduction:
advanatages: provides high genetic variability, adaptation, speeds up evolution
disadvantages: high energy cost, courtship is time consuming, alltruism- usually sacrifices the fitness of one sex to the other
asexual reproduction:
advantages: saves energy, courtship is not an issue, fitness of an individual is increased.
