1 ) Your right is to get consideration for delivery of specified goods.

2) Your duties is to deliver the widgets at business place of mine.(owes a duty to perform)

3) My rights is to get delivery of specified goods at specified place.(right to receive performance)

4) My duty is to pay money on receiving the specified goods at specified place.

5) & 6) A general rule is that assignment rights are freely transferable and assignment duties are freely delegable until (the exception of this general rule )

• Parties of agreement expressly agreed to restrict the rights of transfer.
