1.if i were in Marks place i need to make a lot of adjustments and compromises .I need to provide him with physical and emotional support .At the same time has to bear the negative aspect of the stigma and discrimination present in the society.
2 Stress means pressure and in human life it is easy to get pressurized under certain circumstances.During this time i feel as if i want to express something or talk with someone else.At other times i want to be alone ,so i could sort out things .Refocusing the negative to be positive.
3. A nurse can help the person to examine the situation ,identify possible solutions and accept his feelings without guilt or fear.People suffering from acute stress-related illnesses often need to change their lifestyles andd ways of relating to others.The initial work of the nurse involves helping the client to recognize that change is essential and develop clear personal objective in relation to the change.Nursing measures include increasing the clients awareness as an actual or potential health problem exists.Helping him relize that the health problem can increase if personal changes do not occur.Identifying all possible resources to support the client through the process of change,and co-operation with the treatment.
