Myasthenia gravis and Gullian Barre syndrome both are a nervous sytem disorder generally causing muscle weakness.The main symptoms are muscle weakness resulting in facial weakness,dysphagia,movement prooblem,optosis,breathing problem

Impaired swallowing is applicable for both the disease condition where the patient develops this symptoms with in weeks of diagnosis.

The main intervention is meeting the patients nutritional requirements.

Provide a propped up position while eating because this will prevent aspiration or choking.

Naso gastric feeding is necessary in later stage because patient loses the ability to swallow

Speech therapy simultaneously helps this patient to regin his motor movements.

Provide a liquid diet
