?    Initial encounter ('A') considered for physicians claim those who are visited the patient during his treatment..In acute care hospital'A' is used as a seventh chatacter when the patient receives active treatment..For an Example:If patient brought to emergency department in case of trauma..If they ordered for X-ray and MRI..The patient will be seen by Orthopaedician and neurologist..Code we can use like S86.011A- Strain of right achilles tendon,initial encounter 'B' can be used as intial encounter for open fracture..
