There is a various changes in the health care medicine than compare to the present health care organisation. In previous years there is a no effect on the health care medicine but now a days the government has improved the best medicine for the patient in order to provide best care for the people. Because of following the steps in the acpsis we can reduce cross infection from the patient to Health care person. Hill-Burton Act of 1946 , this act says that hospital survey and construction is a survey in US in 1946. This is also called as medicaid act. Now a days the hospital construction and survey is much improving than before of advanced technology in the social media and provide accurate care for the patient.
