Relational database is a model that uses relationship data model or model where all data elements are viewed as being store intwo dimensional tablets. The relationship database has been very good way for acompany to maintain their data and efficient. However, with the increase of technologyand data grow the cloud computing was created as a option for companies. It is capableof handling more data, is more efficient, and work with data in memory that thetraditional relational database doesn’t. The disadvantage with cloud computing if you areoffline than your business is offline- a company musthave the internet working 24 hoursa day (not viable for small business), security of information being store.

I believe that it is a good idea to let all of your clients know how you are storing theirpersonal information; whether it is ethical or not, it is just a good rule of thumb.If I was aclient I would like to know that my personal information was stored in a secure system; if itwas not secure then I would not be doing business with this company.Now if the client wasunder the impression that their personal information was safe in a secure system and thenthey found out that it was not through phone calls from solicitors then I would believe theywould be extremely upset and would definitely want all of their information taken out of their system and the company would probably lose a client because of it.Not to mentionthey would tell their friends.
