I need help coming up with a Nursing POC using the NANDA. The pretend patient I am making it for doesn't have very much information listed. They have osteoporosis and a right hip fracture that was corrected via hip replacement surgery. Pain in right hip is rated 5/10 on 0-10 pain scale. I have to write the POC for acute pain.
