Subject: Clinic Memo
The clinic is under construction as there is an contractual agreement between our clinic and the contractor to complete the construction with 4.5 months. There will be all kind of work required to be completed by the contractor within the above time. The contractor has experts in central plumbing which means all the setting will be the made at some central point of the clinic. All furniture including Tables, Operating Tables and Chairs will be replaced and western furniture will be used in the new clinic. There will be a separate room for the fresh blood, syringes, bpm, gloves and used ones. Everyone entering this room is required to wash his/her hands so that there will be no chance of infection in these rooms. As the articles in these rooms will be playing very important role in our day to day working.
There will be a separate room for the patient’s relatives in which there will be Television so that they don’t get bored as they have to remain with their love ones for a long time. There will be the biometric devices in the sensitive places like Operation Theatres, ICUs, etc. so that everyone will not have access to these places very easily. Toilets will be there at all the floors in the middle for male as well as female separate. There will be CCTV cameras to cover almost all places so that any wrong doing can be captured and also these cameras will be under surveillance at every time in a separate rooms in which everybody will not have access.
There will be a laptop room where any employee or relative of the patient can use these if they require as they have formed an integral part of our life and these have become our daily needs. Recruitment of nurse and other staff will also be done as per the policy of the clinic. Their orientation and training will be done for the period as mentioned in the policies. There will be an integration meeting every month to know the challenges faced in day to day working by the staff.
