1) Monthly Analysis : The management should analyse the transactions of the business on a regular basis. The effective software must be installed to prepare the report on such.
2) No to personal systems: The employees should not use their own computers as the threat of data steeling becomes more. The company should provide systems to the emplyoees on their on and a regular check must be there.
3) Protection against virus/hackers: Time to time analysis must be done in order to protect the data to get hacked or the virus to infect the server.
