1. Before explaining the procedure or surgery , the nurse should make sure that the patient is having proper understanding of language. If he is not understanding, try to seek the help of translator. Without making patient's proper understanding, should not perform any invasive procedures to the patient.

2. Getting privacy to examination is the patient's right. If the patient wants to the presence of her husband for gynecological exam, the nurse first try to explain the procedure and still she wants her husband, allow him.

3. Before surgery, it is necessary to remove all jewelry from the patient as it is considered as foreign body which contribute infection. Explain it thoroughly to the patient and still she refused to remove the cross necklace, consider the patient right and cover it properly with a sterile towel and mention it in the file.

4. Before doing ECG, explain it to the patient. The patient might be unfamiliar with the procedure and they may think it is invasive or painful so naturally they may worried and tensed or move their body when the procedure starts. So the nurse should explain the whole procedures to the patient before starting.
