Two of your employees refuse to work on Sundays since it is against their religion to work on the Sabbath. You terminate their employment. They file for unemployment compensation and claim their unemployed status is your fault. If the state grants them benefits, you will be penalized since your unemployment tax rate will go up.

Explanation / Answer

As i want to open my sundays which other busnessman are also doing, nothing is wrong in it. The employees refused to work on sundays, it is their fault, i have no other choice than removing both the employees. Thereforee, the contention of the employees was wrong . I will fight for the case. Yes, the termination is noit a good decision.

I can tell them smoothly to work on sundays and if still they disagree i can deduct their pays.
