However, he is having problems controlling his eating. He loves fast food,especially the triple cheeseburgers with bacon and chocolate milk-shakes from a local restaurant. What would be the appropriate tone to use with this patient? Explain your answer, providing examples.

1. The appropriate tone to use in this situation would be serious, as it is a serious case where the patient is not able to maintain his diet, and a diet is very important when it comes to obesity, diabetes and high blood pressure.
Example: We can explain by the serious health effects the fast food can have in the body. Explain how much of a calorie is present in a single cheeseburgers and how it is difficult to digest it and how it is accumulated in the body, and it is very difficult to get rid of them. We can provide an alternative diet which would be suitable for the patient.
