Warm front is the transition zone of warm air mass and cold air mass; here warm air mass replaces a cold air mass. When a warm front passes through surface area the air will get warmer and more humid. If the warm front reaches surface area pressure steadily decrease and temperatures remain cool. Generally warm fronts tend to move from southwest to southeast.
