You also know that your customers are quick to complain which places a high level of stress on all employees. You learned a STAR concept which the instructor said was very helpful in interviewing potential employees. The applicants past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior at your company. Instructions: Your assignment is to develop STAR questions that will help you learn more about these applicants abilities in: technical skills, interpersonal skills, handling complaints, and handling stress.
