F23=k*q2*q3/d^2(-i)

F24=k*q2*q4/(2d^2)(-i+j)/(sqrt(2))

so F=F12+F23+F24

=-8.828kq^2/d^2i+0.828kq^2/d^2

=-3.07i+0.288j

A) F=3.08N

B) angle=tan-1(0.288/3.07)=5.359

counterclockwise from q2-q3 is 180-5.359=174.640 degree
