(d) Calculate the work done by P in moving the smaller piston.

==> P= 534.55 N


b) increase in the car's gravitational potential energy = W*h=11751*1=11751 J


c) by conservation of volume


h1*A1=h2*A2


==> 1*11.60=h2*255


==> h2 = 0.04548 m


d) Work done by P= P*h2= 534.55*0.04549 = 24.316 J
