Explanation / Answer

Applying Kirchoff's loop law , (assuming a clockwise current i)
6+2i-21+3i = 0
5i = 15
i=3 A
So current in the circuit is 3 A clockwise
Current is coming out of 21 V battery (positive terminal ), So itis delivering power = VI = 21*3 = 63 W

Also Current is going into 6 V battery (positive terminal ),So it is consuming power = VI = 6*3 = 18 W

c)Power in 2 ? resistance =i2R = 9*2=18 W
Power in 3? resistance = i2R = 9*3=27 W
We can crosscheck than total power consumed =18+27+18 = 63 W =power input
