direction of current: east to west

F = B*I*L = 0.5*10^-4 * I*10

=> I = 2*9.8/(10*0.5/10000) = 39200 A

here B = 0.5/10000

F = mg = 2*9.8

L = 10

thus its not a promising way due to the huge amount of current needed
