WHY DO YOU AGREE WITH THE COMMENT BELOW? just explain why you agree
As is evidenced by the leadership assessments, while my dominant leadership style is considered to be an otter, I exhibit a balance of most styles. I believe this affords me the ability to easily adapt my leadership style based on the situational awareness of the task at hand. This also supports how I like to characterize myself as a “jack of all trades, master of none”. This can also be construed as someone who has enough knowledge to be dangerous. In most cases though I don't consider myself dangerous since I know my limits and when I need to seek out the experts. In some ways I think it is more beneficial as it allows me to constructively participate in most problem solving activities, regardless of the nature of the problem. One area that I often find myself faced with is performing a risk assessment based on how confident I am in what I'm about to say or do. With this comes a level of transparency too since I will most always qualify a position with reasons and/or justifications. I believe that this affords me a level of agility and adaptability required to be a successful project manager.

I agree with the comments.
A successful project manager needs to deal with people of different expertises.
A healthy knowledge of various fields helps with handling of the project. It also
helps to stay relevant in any discussion related to various problems.
With the above being said, it also creates a problem when dealing with certain problems.
As a person with diverse knowledge, many solution to a single problem might appear, leading
to confusion. It might also lead to a complex solution to a simple problem.
