Team Omega was contracted by CanGo to provide recommendations for the management team to help improve their operations. CanGo is currently lacking in a critical area and must focus on Strategic Planning. Strategic planning is the guiding process used to identify the direction for CanGo and outlines the long-term plan for answering the fundamental questions: Where will CanGo be in X years from now, how to get there, and what will the cost be? By thinking about the future, CanGo see a growth within the organization at a corporate level, gain market share, and increase finances.

The strategic plan Team Omega recommends to start with implementations are to clearly identify goals consistently with its Vision and Mission Statement, purchase of an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), and provide a foundation on which to direct future effort.

            CanGo should begin by creating and clarify their Vision and Mission Statement. Based on the speech Liz gave, CanGo does have a vision to supply consumers with high quality entertainment at the best possible price, using their own desires as a gauge for what the market demand is.
